Below you will see our step-by-step process on how we conduct a cleaning of your STR!

Arrival Video
Upon entering a property videos are taken prior to cleaning to show the condition of the property. This will help show any damages or issues from the previous occupant.

The Clean
Based on the custom checklist we made in the consultation, our team will start cleaning. This allows them to efficiently focus on the areas of most importance to you. If we notice low supplies, stained or damaged linens, or previous missed damage we will notify you.

Laundry time
We work with local laundromats to ensure all linens are treated, cleaned, and examined for perfection. The use of commercial grade cleaning allows us to save you money and time. We can even handle the transportation needs of the laundry. We also can work with you to make a custom inventory checklist to keep track of all items.

after photos
Rest assure that we have completed your project and have left your space pristine with detailed photos of our finished work. We also have a seperate inspector to come in to make sure everything was completed according to the checklist.
