What about my Furbabies?

We love our furry friends as much as you do, however in order to ensure the best cleaning with specialized supplies, we do charge a $25 pet fee minimum per cleaning.

How Will you get inside?

We pride ourselves on being prompt and timely to clean your property. When scheduling, we will ask for access and have a 15 minute time window pre- and post-clean to access and secure your property. If you are unable to provide access, we will try as best as we can to accommodate, however there will be 100% charge of services if appointment can not be completed due to inability to access.

Do I need to provide supplies?

Yes & No. We ask the customer to provide all basic supplies that the cleaners need to properly clean your property and have them secured in a locked cabinet for the cleaners to access each time. We can assist in setting up the supply cabinet (at cost + set up fee). Cleaners do carry minimal supplies with them in case a customer is out of any basic products. Any areas requiring ladders (for example, dusting a high ceiling) must be provided by the customer and must be secure and safe for usage.

Are my valuables safe?

We will treat your property with as much care as if it were our own. If you have an item that is valuable or irreplaceable, please let us know so we can tell our team to clean around it or do not touch. Our preference is not to take the risk of damaging your valuables. Please have all cash, jewelry, or any other valuables in a secure place. If the item is easily breakable and is NOT either tied down or put away before we clean, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

what do you not clean?

We specialize in short term rental/vacation home and small office space and do not (at this time) clean large commercial property or lived in residential homes.

How much notice is needed for an appointment?

We prefer to schedule at least one week in advance, however things happen. Contact us and we will be as flexible as possible to meet your cleaning needs. If you have instant bookings enabled, a service contract may better suit your needs.
